Your data is collected through an Instant Form provided by Meta (Facebook/Instagram), which is then automatically transferred to our systems for processing.

We share your data with the following third-party service providers (Data Processors) for efficient lead management and project administration:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram): As the advertising platform, Meta collects the data and facilitates the initial transfer to us.
  • Zapier, Inc.: Your lead data is transferred through this automation service to connect our lead form (Meta) to our CRM/project management system (JobTread). Zapier processes the data temporarily only for transfer.
  • JobTread Software, LLC: This is our project management and CRM system where your contact and project details are securely stored, managed, and used for generating your quotes and managing your project as a customer.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from accidental loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration while it is in our control and in the systems of our listed third-party processors.
